TERKINI! BERSIH 3.0: Serang Wartawan Untuk Tutup Keganasan Polis!!
Naib presiden PKR N Surendran berkata serangan yang didakwa dilakukan polis ke atas wartawan yang membuat liputan perhimpunan BERSIH 3.0 menunjukkan kerajaan tidak ikhlas dalam meningkatkan kebebasan media.
Beliau mendakwa, pasukan polis dengan sengaja dan secara sistematik menjadikan para wartawan sebagai sasaran serangan dalam perhimpunan berlangsung semalam.
"Motif gangguan dan serangan fizikal ini adalah untuk mengelakkan wartawan daripada merakam kekerasan, kegasan dan serangan polis ke atas orang awam," katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.
Beliau mendakwa dalam kejadian berkenaan, polis melakukan penahanan ke atas wartawan daripada laman Malaysiakini, akhbar Guan Ming dan juga Malay Mail.
Selain itu, polis juga merosakkan kamera dan merampas rakaman daripada wartawan Nanyang, stesen TV Channel News Asia, Al Jazeera, akhbar Makkal Osai dan laman Merdeka Review, dakwanya.
Dengan itu, beliau menuntut perdana menteri Najib Razak bertanggungjawab ke atas "tindakan jenayah" ke atas petugas media itu.
"Serangan yang diselaras sebegitu dan juga serangan yang dialami tidak mungkin dijalankan tanpa arahan daripada pemimpin polis dan menteri dalam negeri.
"Kami menuntut supaya Najib mengeluarkan jaminan segera bahawa kerajaan BN akan menghormati kebebasan media dan menghentikan segala campurtangan dengan media yang menjalankan tugas mereka," tambahnya.
Katanya lagi, serangan berkenaan melanggar peruntukan yang menjamin hak kebebasan bersuara mengikut Perkara 10 dalam Perlembagaan Persekutuan dan juga Perkara 19 dalam Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia Sejagat.

8.15pm: Gabungan menuntut pilihan raya bersih dan adil (BERSIH) berkata perhimpunan hari ini berjaya dan berkata 250,000 rakyat Malaysia turun menyertai BERSIH 3.0 menuntut reformasi pilihan raya.

"Dalam erti kata tersebut, ia adalah satu kejayaan," kata pengerusi bersama BERSIH, Datuk S Ambiga dalam sidang media selepas perhimpunan tersebut.
8.05pm Kematian melibatkan pegawai polis sepertimana yang digembar-gemburkan adalah tidak benar, menurut tweet polis.

7.54pm Polis siarrakaman video di Internet punca kereta polis terbabas dan sebabkan kemalangan.

Video tunjukkan orang ramai kerumuni kereta polis dengan membaling objek. Malah seorang lelaki kelihatan melompat dan menginjak-injak bumbung kereta dan seorang lagi melompat menendang cermin depan.

7.30pm Menurut polis, sehingga jam 7 petang, seramai 222 orang ditahan.

7.05pm Sewaktu serbuan polis beramai-ramai wartawan The Sun dikenali sebagai Radzi tercedera di mulut dan terlentang. Mulutnya berdarah. Dia mendapat pertolongan cemas dan di bawa ke hospital HKL.

Menurut seorang saksi, ketika seorang lelaki memakai baju BERSIH dan berada di hadapan Radzi, berlaku rempuhan daripada polis yang membuat serbuan.

"Suasana yang hebat dan bilangan yang ada di situ - ia amat besar."

6.22pm: Jln Sultan Abdul Samad - Kereta membawa Datuk Bandar dalam rombongan polis terpaksa membuat pusingan-U berhampiran Masjid Jamek apabila bertembung dengan penyokong BERSIH yang melemparkan kasut dan objek ke arahnya.

6.10pm Jalan dari SOGO ke Dataran dibuka. Bagaimanapun kira-kira 600 peserta masih berlegar di sekitar.

6pm Jalan TAR - Beratus anggota polis berada di Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR), yang sesak kerana sekatan jalan raya. Para pemandu membunyikan hon tanpa henti, memaksa polis bersurai dan berkumpul semula di persimpangan Jalan Tun Perak. Mereka mula membenarkan lalulintas di situ.

5.50pm: Naib Presiden PKR Tian Chua dakwa melalui Twitter, beliau ditahan polis bersama Pakar Perlembagaan Prof Dr Abdul Aziz Bari. Tian juga dakwa ramai dipukul ketika ditahan.

5.45pm Masjid Jamek - Sesetengah peserta masih mahu masuk ke Dataran Merdeka, tetapi polis datang balik dan mengejar mereka. Beberapa peserta ditahan. Ada di antara mereka yang membaling kasut dan botol ke arah polis.

5.30pm: JLN TAR Wartawan Malaysiakini antara 200 ditahan bersama 200 peserta dan wartawan lain. Mereka ditempatkan sementara di Kelab Diraja Selangor. Barangan dirampas dan ditumbuk polis.

6.10pm Jalan dari SOGO ke Dataran dibuka. Bagaimanapun kira-kira 600 peserta masih berlegar di sekitar.

5:28 pm: Diberitakan seorang peserta Bersih meninggal dunia akibat dilanggar oleh kenderaan polis di hadapan Sogo. -harakahdaily

5.21pm Dua anggota polis tercedera dan pistol yang hilang dijumpai semula, kata menteri dalam negeri melalui Twitter.

5.20pm Simpang Jalan Tun HS Lee-Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock (berhampiran Pasar Seni) - Anggota polis FRU kelihatan mula berehat-rehat selepas Unit Amal PAS membuat pengumuman mengerahkan peserta BERSIH bersurai.

5:01pm JLN TAR Kelihatan 4 trak polis menuju Jln Chow Kit. Peserta tidak tunjukkan tanda-tanda mahu bersurai.

5.03pm JLN TAR Seorang gadis pengsan dan dibawa mendapatkan rawatan oleh St John Ambulance.

4.56 pm: Sebuah kereta yang diparkir di hadapan Dataran Maybank pecah cermin belakang akibat terkena peluru gas pemedih mata.

4.55pm JALAN TAR Tapak pasar malam, sekumpulan peserta BERSIH dan polis bertumbuk.

4.45pm Polis tuduh pistolnya dirampas peserta BERSIH di hadapan SOGO, menurut tweet polis.

4.19pm Jalan TAR - Sekumpulan orang ramai yang marah bertindak menterbalikkan kereta polis selepas ia didakwa melanggar peserta di situ.

4.10pm - Jalan TAR - Sekumpulan peserta duduk di sepanjang jalan TAR yang ditutup. Seorang penjual ais-krim laris perniagaannya apabila menjadi tumpuan peserta untuk menghilangkan dahaga mereka.

FRU melepas tembakan air bercampur kimia ke arah mereka di depan kedai Kamdar di Jalan TAR.


Tengok apa yang polis lakukan terhadap perhimpunan yang pada mulanya berjalan aman

4.04pm Sebelum itu, beberapa wartawan yang berdiri di belakang FRU turut tertolak polis ke arah peserta ketika gas pemedih mata ditembak, mendedahkan mereka kepada gas yang memedihkan mata.

3.58pm Seorang lelaki berusia 35 tahun mengalami kesukaran bernafas berhampiran Dataran Maybank akibat gas pemedih mata. Dia pulih selepas diberi rawatan oleh pasukan perubatan.

3.58pm Masjid Jamek - Beratus-ratus peserta sedang berehat di taman di belakang Masjid Jamek untuk pulih daripada serangan meriam air dan gas pemedih mata.

3.50 pm: Polis mula menyembur gas pemedih mata ke arah Puduraya.
Peserta himpunan dari Jalan Tun Perak lari bertempiaran ke Jalan Raja Chulan selepas ditembak FRU.

3:49pm - JALAN RAJA LAUT Kira-kira 35 peserta BERSIH ditangkap dan dikumpulkan di hadapan bangunan DBKL.

3:49pm Serang peserta perhimpunan cedera di depan bangunan DBKL dan dibawa mendapatkan rawatan oleh St John Ambulance.

3.50pm Pusat membelibelah Sogo - Beberapa peserta berundur dari Dataran Merdeka di sepanjang Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman (TAR) dan dikejar polis.

3:29pm Majlis Peguam - Selepas arahan untuk bersurai dikeluarkan, tembakan meriam air dan gas pemedih mata dilepaskan ke atas orang ramai di luar bangunan Majlis Peguam di Lebuh Pasar Besar.

3.15pm - Lagi gas pemedih mata di tembak di kawasan Coliseum di Jalan TAR.

3.13pm - Sebahagian peserta berundur ke jalan Pudu ekoran tembakan gas pemedih mata.

3.10am Masjid Jamek - lebih banyak gas pemedih mata dilepaskan berhampiran stesen LRT Masjid Jamek. Difahamkan beberapa peserta yang cuba melanggar larangan memasuki Dataran Merdeka, telah ditangkap.

3.05 pm: Peserta yang tersekat di Jalan Tun Perak berpatah balik ke Dataran Maybank setelah FRU menembak gas pemedih mata.





3.00 pm: Loceng amaran FRU dibunyikan. Sebahagian orang ramai merempuh masuk ke Dataran. Water cannon sudah mula ditembak dan gas pemedih mata dilepaskan. Orang ramai berlari ke bangunan DBKL.

3:00pm: Polis melepaskan tembakan gas pemedih mata dan meriam air di persimbangan jalan Tun Perak-Jalan TAR. Difahamkan polis bertindak demikian selepas ada peserta melanggar larangan memasuki Dataran Merdeka.

2.58 pm: Arahan bersurai kali kedua dikeluarkan pihak polis

2:34pm Masjid Jamek - Pengerusi bersama BERSIH Datuk S Ambiga berkata perhimpunan BERSIH 3.0 telah berjaya dan menggesa orang ramai supaya bersurai.

Bagaimanapun, orang ramai melaungkan "Dataran! Dataran!"

Sebelum ucapan Ambiga, Ketua Umum PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim berkata rakyat telah menyatakan dengan jelas bahawa mereka tidak akan bertolak ansur dengan politik kotor.

Anwar adalah sebahagian daripada kumpulan yang berarak dari Masjid Negara.

2.30 pm: Para pimpinan Pakatan Rakyat termasuk Timbalan Presiden PAS, Mohamad Sabu sedang berucap di tengah-tengah jalan Tun Perak menghala ke Jalan Pudu di depan Wisma Permim. Sambil melaungkan "Hidup Rakyat".

2.24 pm: Peserta yang berkumpul di jalan berdekatan Dataran Merdeka melaungkan "We Want Dataran", diselangi laungan "Buka, buka, buka Dataran".

2.15pm: Puduraya - Kumpulan 10,000 dari Masjid Negara sampai ke Puduraya dalam perarakan panjang ke Dataran Merdeka.

2.15 pm: Lokasi Dataran Maybank - Peserta perarakan Bersih berhenti di Dataran Maybank, menanti kumpulan perarakan yg lain. Jumlah peserta kini mencecah angka ratusan ribu.

2.05 pm: Malaysiakini melaporkan anggaran 75,000 penuhi KL. Orang ramai kini bertumpu di tiga kawasan utama - Jalan Tun Perak (dari Masjid Jamek ke Dataran Merdeka), Lebuh Pasar Besar (berhampiran ibu pejabat Majlis Peguam) dan Masjid Negara di mana jemaah bersolat Zohor.

Ini bermakna Dataran Merdeka sudah dikelilingi sepenuhnya oleh orang ramai dari Utara dan Selatan.

2.00 pm: Para peserta Bersih dari CM sedang berarak menuju Dataran, bagaimanapun perarakan agak perlahan di depan Bangkok Bank kerana sekatan polis di hadapan BAR Council.

1.40 pm: Lokasi Masjid Negara - Perarakan bermula dan peserta dianggar seramai 10 ribu orang.

1.37 pm: Lokasi Masjid Negara - Presiden Pas TG Abdul Hadi tiba di lokasi dan akan bersama-sama berarak ke Dataran.

1.20 pm: Polis dalam keadaan bersedia melepaskan tembakan gas pemedih mata.



1.15 pm: Sebahagian besar masih tetap di persimpangan Jalan Tun Perak dan Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman berhampiran Dataran.

1:13pm: Sejam menjelang perhimpunan BERSIH 3.0, jumlah peserta yang hadir setakat ini dianggarkan telah mencecah sekitar 50,000 orang.

- Pudu/Kotaraya/Petaling Street (orang ramai berarak dari KLCC) - 20,000

- Pasar Seni (bergabung dengan orang ramai dari Brickfields) - 15,000
- Masjid Jamek - 10,000
- TAR / Jalan Tun Perak / Jalan Parlimen - 10,000
- Masjid Negara - 5,000

1.05 pm: Lokasi Masjid Negara - pihak polis membuat sekatan ketat dilaluan menghala ke Dataran Merdeka dengan anggota melebihi 200 orang bagi tujuan menghalang kemaraan pemimpin PR dan peserta Bersih di Masjid Negara dianggar melebihi 10 ribu orang.

1.04 pm: Peserta di Dataran Merdeka mula berundur ke jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman dan Jalan Tun Perak berhampiran Masjid Jamek.

1.02 pm: Pasukan FRU bersedia melepaskan tembakan.

12.59 pm: Amaran bersurai diumumkan pihak polis.

12.55 pm: Pemimpin-pemimpin utama, Timbalan Presiden PAS, Mohamad Sabu, Ketua Umum PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Penasihat DAP, Lim Kit Siang dan beberapa orang lagi memulakan ucapan semangat sementara menunggu masuknya waktu Zuhur di Masjid Negara.

12.43 thr Masjid Negara - PKR presiden Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail dan ketua umum parti itu, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tiba bersama dengan pemerhati antarabangsa.

12.40 thr Pasar Seni - Pengerusi DAP Karpal Singh tiba di hadapan Majlis Peguam, disambut dengan laungan "BERSIH".

12.35 thr Jalan Tun Perak - Senator Australia Nicholas Xenophon hadir, untuk memerhatikan perhimpunan tersebut.

"Ini adalah satu suasana yang menarik dengan lebih daripada 10,000 orang. Setiap orang bersemangat tinggi," katanya.

"Ini adalah perhimpunan aman tanpa sebarang keganasan. Orang muda dan tua bersama-sama berada di sini. Saya pasti rakyat Australia dan rakyat Malaysia memahami bahawa ini adalah demonstrasi untuk pilihanraya yang bebas dan adil."

12.32pm Pasar Seni - Polis membentuk benteng manusia di Hang Kasturi Walk, laluan baru di sebelah Pasar Seni, walaupun beberapa peserta sudah lama melepasi mereka melalui satu kaki lima di situ

Peserta yang berdepan dengan benteng polis itu menyanyikan lagu Negaraku.
